Dear BDD Addicts,

I hope you are fine & busy. I’ve read an article about the decreasing demand for developers. It’s easy to get depressed by reading such articles (I usually skip them), but this one had an interesting sentence at the end that said that skilled and up-to-date people in tech are still in high demand. These are the times to learn something new! One of the evenings I’ve read an article that triggered me an idea how to solve a problem that I was puzzled with for more than a year now in SpecSync (the test synchronization tool I’m working on most of my time). And a week later I had the new improvement implemented and tested and I’ve even gathered a couple of other ideas as well.

[SpecSync] Updates released — Reqnroll support, Service Principal and a cool new Azure DevOps feature

We have just released SpecSync for Azure DevOps v3.4.15 and SpecSync for Jira v1.3.2. This update includes support for Reqnroll (SpecFlow fork) and a few authentication improvements. But it is worth highlighting that since our last announcement we have also added .NET 8.0 support. You can find the full change log in the SpecSync for Azure DevOps and the SpecSync for Jira documentation.

From SpecFlow to Reqnroll: Why and How

Please, welcome Reqnroll, a fork of SpecFlow with the aim of rebooting the open-source project! SpecFlow is used (and maybe loved a bit as well) by many developers, testers and companies and hopefully Reqnroll can provide the continuity for all of them. In this post, I would like to share some background info why I decided on forking and how the new project will work.

[SpecSync] v3.4.8 released — interactive conflict resolution and roadmap for 3.5
